We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We could easily access all the main attractions and the lively shopping district. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was great. The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially Barbara, were really good to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and provided excellent information and assistance. The breakfast had a nice variety of options and the free bottles of water in the room were a nice touch.
The room was smaller than expected and had some cleanliness issues. The bed was uncomfortable, difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We loved staying at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect as we were able to easily explore the nearby shopping street and river. The service we received was top-notch, from the helpful bell staff to the accommodating room service. The room was impressive, with great amenities including a mini-bar and sitting area. We also appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the soundproofed rooms. The breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival. We highly recommend this place!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the major attractions and right on the main shopping street. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, which is really convenient. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, and the bathrooms are good. The breakfast is delicious and there are gluten-free options available. The hotel has security measures in place and the staff are helpful with recommendations for day trips.
Some reviews have mentioned that the drain in the shower has low capacity, meaning flooding is possible if you shower for too long.

Excellent location; market and Danube nearby. Secure hotel with delicious gluten-free breakfast. Spacious, tastefully decorated room. Night receptionist was friendly and helpful. Taxis available from train station.
